The results of the BVD\/MD antigen examination are recorded on the &#8220;HIT&#8221; database (Identification and Information System for Animals). The BHV1 status survey is conducted every year. Our cattle has been certifiably BHV1\u2013free for 25 years.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_toggle_section av-av_toggle-16872b3d1c8bf7c1038977341ed6ed0a'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div role=\"tablist\" class=\"single_toggle\" data-tags=\"{All} \"  ><p data-fake-id='#toggle-id-2' class='toggler   '  itemprop=\"headline\"  role='tab' tabindex='0' aria-controls='toggle-id-2'>Does your cattle carry the <strong>myostatin<\/strong> gene?<span class=\"toggle_icon\"><span class=\"vert_icon\"><\/span><span class=\"hor_icon\"><\/span><\/span><\/p><div id='toggle-id-2' class='toggle_wrap  '  ><div class='toggle_content invers-color '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Ever since we began breeding Angus cattle, we made sure to only use Angus bulls that <strong>do not carry<\/strong> the mutated myostatin gene.
